These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SERPXO website, dashboard, and services. By creating an account, placing an order, or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope & Nature

SERPXO (operated by SERPXO NUSANTARA TECH) provides execution-based digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Link Building, and Web Development.

  • Execution Only: We execute the specific services described in your order. We are not responsible for broader business outcomes or third-party platform decisions.
  • No Guarantees: SEO is influenced by hundreds of external factors (search engine algorithms, competitors, market trends). SERPXO does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or specific results.
  • Third-Party Platforms: We do not operate or control search engines (like Google), payment systems, or other third-party services. We are not liable for their actions, updates, or policies.

2. Orders & Deliverables

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information about your website and business goals.
  • Delivery: We deliver reports and updates via the SERPXO dashboard or email. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and external factors.
  • Acceptance: Deliverables are considered accepted upon receipt unless you notify us of a material error within 48 hours.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment: Services must be paid for in full before work commences. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services (labor and third-party costs incurred immediately), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered if:
    • We fail to deliver the agreed service; or
    • There is a technical error on our side preventing delivery.
  • Disputes: You agree to contact support@serpxo.com to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree NOT to use SERPXO services for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
  • Promoting hate speech, violence, or prohibited content.
  • Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERPXO and SERPXO NUSANTARA TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction

The legal entity providing these services is SERPXO NUSANTARA TECH. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
